10th Graz Symposium VIRTUAL VEHICLE – “Context-embedded vehicle technologies”

In 2017, the Graz Symposium VIRTUAL VEHICLE celebrates its 10th anniversary, addressing major needs and challenges of today’s vehicle development: complexity, connectivity, autonomy, and interoperability are key drivers in this exciting decade influencing and altering the automotive value chain as we know it.

Our anniversary event is inspired by the shift towards digitalization in the automotive industry and will focus on context-embedded vehicle technologies. Innovations and upcoming trends in the field of context-embedded developments, adaptability, especially SW-updatability, driven by real-world data, virtualization penetration and virtual approval as well as human-centered solutions are essential to shift safe&secure, efficient and green driving to the next level of technology readiness and end-user acceptance.

Dr. Michael Holzner is member of the Program Committee.
