9th Graz Symposium VIRTUAL VEHICLE – “Smart Mobility: Cross-cutting methods for emerging vehicle technologies”

In 2016, the Graz Symposium VIRTUAL VEHICLE already takes place for the 9th time, addressing major needs of today’s vehicle development: more and more elaborate methods and a perfect collaboration of different disciplines.

The focus of this year’ conference is on cross-cutting methods for emerging vehicle technologies in order to foster safe, smart, and green road transport. This comprises virtual, hybrid and real-world methods for all kinds of both electrified and non-electrified road vehicles, off-road vehicles, but also 2- and 3-wheelers as well as other novel road vehicle concepts suited for the mobility of the future: Systems engineering / Complexity management, Smart systems / Cyber-physical systems, Connectivity, driver assistance, and automated driving, Integrated safety, Efficient driving / Comfort and drivability, as well as Hybrid and virtual validation / Test integration.
