1 | Expectation
In the first phase, the context of the project is clarified. This involves identifying the expectations and perspectives of the individual stakeholders, determining the appropriate level of analysis, and defining the time frame.
2 | Integration
The next step is to integrate the various perspectives of the stakeholders to establish a shared understanding of the desired impact. Using the impactation® Framework, holistic goals can be derived.
