Effectively Managing Transformations
Kickstart the wave: We’ll show you how to make your projects have an impact. With impactation®, you can make a difference.
This seminar is offered in collaboration with GPM Deutsche Gesellschaft für Projektmanagement e. V.
The success of a project is often determined even before the project begins. But when is a project considered successful? Is it enough to simply meet all the specified requirements, or must the specific outcomes expected by different stakeholders be achieved?
For a successful project design, it is necessary to build a shared understanding of the intended impact by integrating the often unspoken ideas and perspectives of all stakeholders. To do this, interrelationships and implicit assumptions must be made transparent, and operational goals must be linked to strategic ones.
Systems thinking aims to understand complex systems as a whole and to develop a deeper understanding of the structure, dynamics, and behavior of systems. The impactation® method utilizes this approach and bridges the gap to practical application in project development.
In this workshop, you will learn how to use the impactation® method to develop a shared understanding of the desired impact and ensure, during the project design phase, that the resulting objectives are achieved. Using a real-world example, we will work together to develop answers to the following questions:
