Effectively Managing Transformations

Transformation involves fundamentally changing and adapting an organization. It aims to bring about comprehensive and far-reaching change. Transformation views the organization as a whole, taking into account the interactions between different areas and functions, and strives for coherent and integrated changes.

With the impactation® method, you can tackle this complex challenge. By modeling your strategy with all the interactions between the individual components, you can identify levers for change and visualize feedback loops. Using forward-looking analyses, you can bring the long-term effects of changes to life through simulation and assess potential risks and negative impacts.

In this workshop, you will learn about the key questions involved in a transformation and how to address them using the impactation® method. You will receive answers to the following questions: How do I approach a transformation? What do I need to deal with the inherent complexity? How do I select the best course of action from a wide range of options? How can I cope with rapidly changing conditions?
